The root of the "popular science era" is to adjust the mentality.
The occurrence of myocardial infarction is closely related to mood and stress. Anger, nervousness and excitement are the main causes of myocardial infarction.

If you buy stocks, regardless of the ups and downs, your risk of dying of coronary heart disease will increase, because happiness and disappointment will lead to your mood swings; Husband and wife quarrel 15 minutes, affecting health; The health hazard of loneliness is equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Hostility increases the risk of heart disease19%; Anger increases our risk of heart disease by 750% within 2 hours; The risk of malicious death doubles. ...

So be a good person and do good deeds. At the same time, the risk of death of good people is reduced; The mortality rate of people with life goals is reduced; Gratitude can obviously improve physical and mental health; Optimists are twice as healthy. The greatest sorrow of modern medicine is that the heart is regarded as a mechanical pump. Half of coronary heart disease is not caused by hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia, but by our hostility.

The best medicine for heart disease is not statins and aspirin, but optimism and love.

The inner sage and the outer king are the greatest health-keeping wisdom.

Confucius said: benevolence leads to longevity, while virtue leads to longevity; Chinese medicine says: heart disorder leads to all kinds of diseases, while peace of mind leads to all kinds of diseases. But look at our hearts now, the whole person's emotions are buried by impetuous emotions.

Tao Te Ching says: Five colors are blind, five tones are deaf, and five tastes are refreshing, but is it good for your health? The people of China said, "Saints inside and kings outside.". What is right? We should get rid of anxiety, not be blinded by material desires, keep peace of mind, cultivate self-cultivation and improve moral cultivation. The sage inside and the king outside are China's greatest health care wisdom. The heart we talk about in Chinese medicine not only includes the heart, but also affects our emotions, which is of great significance to our happiness in life.

See a doctor. If a doctor talks about stents, pills and scalpels every day, you are the next doctor.

Traditional Chinese medicine cures diseases and saves lives. If you are a medium-sized doctor, you should pay attention to patients' behavior, their thoughts and people, not diseases or drugs.

Go to the medical country. If you can become a doctor, you will be a great doctor, whether creating a harmonious and healthy environment or benefiting the people.

Health depends on mentality.

In his book Revolution in the Brain, Dr. Shigeo Haruyama, a Japanese doctor of medicine, wrote: Happiness, relaxation, meditation and exercise make our brain secrete a hormone called "morphine in the brain", and its main component is β -endorphin. The molecular structure of this substance is very similar to morphine, but its pleasure effect is 5~6 times that of morphine, and there is no addiction problem.

Morphine in the brain can not only make us feel happy, but also enhance human immunity, prevent the body from aging, and promote immune cells to devour all kinds of harmful cells, including cancer cells. Negative emotions such as stress will cut off the secretion of morphine in the brain, and then promote the secretion of toxic hormones. So our health depends on our mentality.

More importantly, once morphine comes into contact with NK cells (important immune cells in human body), it will make the weak NK cells "rejuvenate" and regain their vitality, thus killing cancer cells and bacteria in the body. This magical self-healing potential was originally possessed by the human body, but it was blocked by mental pressures such as anger, anxiety and negativity that we are used to.

Where does the disease come from?

Modern people's diseases are more or less related to the heart, so nourishing the heart can also cure diseases. Both Tibetan medicine and Chinese medicine believe that the upper layer nourishes the mind, the middle layer nourishes the spirit and the lower layer nourishes the body. Because the heart can trigger a very powerful force.

When the heart is in a clean state, the qi pulse of the body will be unobstructed, which is similar to the "harmony of yin and yang" in Chinese medicine, and then the body will be healthy and look solemn.

For example, if someone gets divorced, you have a positive attitude: Oh! No one can bind me anymore, the shackles have been broken, and the long-awaited freedom has arrived. How happy I am! If you live with such an open-minded and wise attitude, no matter what happens in your life, you can take it in stride.

Once upon a time, an old woman had two daughters. The eldest daughter sells shoes and the second daughter sells umbrellas. Whenever it rains, she worries about her eldest daughter who sells shoes; Whenever it is sunny, she worries about her second daughter who sells umbrellas. A monk told her, why don't you think the other way around? I am happy for my daughter who sells umbrellas when it rains, and for my daughter who sells shoes when it is sunny. So, aren't you happy every day

Different attitudes lead to different views on things, and the whole world is actually the expression of our hearts.

The root of all physical and mental diseases is delusion, and the fundamental way to get rid of diseases and keep healthy is to adjust your heart.
