Chen's and Tai Ji Chuan's 24-style decomposition teaching

Beginners in Tai Ji Chuan usually study with some professional teachers or videos. In fact, there are some action decomposition diagrams that can be followed. Let's introduce the decomposition of Chen Taiji's 24th high horse detection movement. Welcome everyone to read.

Tai Ji Chuan, Chen Shi: Gotham Horse No.24 1. Turn left.

The toes of the left foot swing outward, the center of gravity shifts to the left leg, and the body bends to the left slightly (the chest is biased to the northwest). At the same time, the arms are slightly flexed, the left palm is rotated inward, and the arc continues to the right, upward and left in front of the left shoulder, with the fingertips going up to the right and the palms facing outward; The right palm rotates outward to the right, and curves downward in front of the right side of the body, chest high; Fingertips up, palms out. Look at the left hand See figure 232.

Action points: draw an arc in front of the left hand meridian; Before the right hand passes through the abdomen, draw an arc and close it in front of the left side.

Note: inhale when turning your left arm.

If I hit my face in the opposite direction, I will press my hand on the outside of my elbow and induce it to one side. Then I will lift my foot forward, fall on the outside of my foot, press my shoulder arm on my opponent, make it lose its balance and fall backwards.

Split up.

Continue to turn slightly to the left (chest to the west), shift the center of gravity to the left leg, and bend your knees. At the same time, the arms are slightly bent, the hands are turned outwards, the left hand is downward to the right, the right hand is downward to the left, the chest is crossed, the left hand is on the right hand, the fingertips are forward, the left palm is right, and the right palm is left. Then all the center of gravity moves to the left leg. Lift your right foot through the inside of your left foot and shovel it to the right with the inside of your heel. The center of gravity moves slightly to the right leg, and the right foot is very solid. Bend your right leg, squat, squat or stand right. At the same time, the palms of both hands are turned outwards and spread out to the left and right sides in front of the body. The arm is slightly bent, the wrist is shoulder-high, the fingertips are inclined upwards, and the palms are outward. Look at your right hand. See Figure 233 and Figure 234.

Note: inhale when leaving.

If you attack me in the opposite direction, I'll take his arm and cross the other side off.
