Mingmu Xingnao Point: Fengchi

Chinese medicine says that "Fengchi point is the master" because Fengchi point can treat most wind diseases. Fengchi point is located in the posterior neck, under the posterior skull, at the outer edge of the two tendons, flush with the earlobe, and is often used in conjunction with Zhuzhu point, Temple point, Jingming point and Sibai point to treat eye diseases and relieve eye symptoms. Pressing and rubbing the above points, combined with cervical vertebra correction, has a good effect on treating myopia.

Stomach-nourishing point: Zhongwan

Zhongwan point is located on the midline of the abdomen, the midpoint of the connecting line between the lower sternum and the navel, and it will feel sore when pressed. People with bad stomach can often press Zhongwan point. Patients with acute stomach tingling can point at Zhongwan point, press 10 second with their fingers, release and press again. Repeatedly, symptoms can be relieved in three to five minutes; Patients with chronic stomach discomfort can press Zhongwan point and gently knead with the palm to promote digestion; Patients with acute gastroenteritis can be treated by rubbing Zhongwan point (2 inches beside navel) and Daju point (2 inches below navel and 2 inches open) at the same time.

Bushen Guyuan point: Guanyuan

Guanyuan point is located 3 inches below the navel (about four fingers wide except the thumb). Pressing Guanyuan point can tonify kidney qi and delay aging. For men, rubbing Guanyuan point can alleviate kidney deficiency, backache, hair loss and other problems. For women, rubbing Guanyuan point can treat and alleviate many gynecological diseases. Before pressing Guanyuan point, you should rub your palm, aim your palm at Guanyuan point in the abdomen and rub it from light to heavy until you feel hot.
