Non-organic ventricular premature beat is one of the common clinical non-organic ventricular premature beats, which is often accompanied by chest tightness, palpitation, dizziness and other clinical symptoms, which has a great impact on the quality of life and social communication of patients. At present, metoprolol is often used in clinic, but its curative effect is limited. Long-term use will increase drug resistance and lead to a decline in therapeutic effect [1]. Shen Song Yangxin Capsule, as a Chinese patent medicine, has the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, nourishing the heart and concentrating [2], and has obvious effects on improving the heart function of patients. In this study, 68 patients admitted to our hospital from May to September in 2004 were selected as the research object, and the clinical effect of Shen Song Yangxin Capsule on non-organic ventricular premature beats was studied based on metoprolol. The report is as follows.

I. Data and methods

1. 1 general information

From April 2065 to September 2004, 68 patients with non-organic ventricular premature beats were selected by cluster sampling, including 465,438 females and 27 males, with an average age of 665,438 0.5 years. They all feel their hearts throbbing, unable to make decisions, accompanied by mental fatigue, insomnia and dreaminess, fidgeting, dizziness and tinnitus, backache and night sweats, chest pain, and sometimes chest pain. Electrocardiogram showed various non-organic ventricular premature beats. Patients were randomly divided into control group (34 cases) and treatment group (34 cases). Patients in both groups were given metoprolol sustained-release tablets (National Medicine Zhunzi H20064784) orally, 47.5 mg/ time, 1 time/day; On this basis, the treatment group was given Shen Song Yangxin Capsule (National Medicine Zhunzi Z20 103032), 4 capsules/time, 3 times/day, 1 month as 1 course of treatment.

1.3 observation index

Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and dynamic electrocardiogram in the two groups, and compare the occurrence of adverse reactions.

However, the premature beats of non-organic heart disease can last for many years, and some patients with ventricular premature beats have obvious clinical symptoms, including palpitation, chest tightness, precordial discomfort and so on. And the frequency and frequency of premature beats also increase, often accompanied by irritability, anxiety, insomnia and other discomfort, which further aggravates arrhythmia and forms a vicious circle, seriously affecting patients' work and life [5]. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of life of patients with non-organic premature beats with obvious clinical symptoms.

In recent years, in the clinical application of western medicine antiarrhythmic drugs, the seriousness of its side effects such as arrhythmia has gradually attracted people's vigilance and attention. After the results of CAST (arrhythmia test) were published, people began to reflect on the benefit/risk ratio of drugs to control premature beats, and weighed the advantages and disadvantages of antiarrhythmic drugs on premature beats in order to avoid the adverse consequences caused by the abuse of antiarrhythmic drugs. At present, metoprolol is commonly used in clinic to treat non-organic ventricular premature beats, but the effect is limited.

Shen Song Yangxin Capsule is mainly composed of Ginseng Radix, Ophiopogon japonicus, Cornus officinalis, Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, Taxilli, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga, Gan Song, Coptidis Rhizoma, Schisandra Chinensis and Os Draconis. It has the functions of invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation, nourishing yin and dredging collaterals, clearing away heart fire and calming nerves, and is clinically used to treat premature ventricular contractions (deficiency of both qi and yin, stagnation of heart collaterals) caused by coronary heart disease [6]. Shen Song Yangxin Capsule has therapeutic effect on many kinds of non-organic ventricular premature beats, and studies have shown that it plays an antiarrhythmic role mainly by blocking various ion channels [7]. It was found that the treatment group was given Shen Song Yangxin Capsule on the same basis as the control group. It was found that the effective rates of improving self-conscious symptoms and dynamic electrocardiogram in the treatment group were 94.65438 0% and 76.5% respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group, indicating that the drug had a positive effect on improving patients' clinical symptoms and promoting the recovery of cardiac function, and this research result was also supported by Song Shufen.
