Eating jiaozi is very popular in the north. Generally, we eat meat stuffing on New Year's Eve and vegetarian stuffing on New Year's Day. During the Chinese New Year, jiaozi needs thin skin, stuffing and tightly packed, so it can't be cooked. There should be pork, mutton, beef and chicken in jiaozi, Yuanyang jiaozi with two kinds of meat mixed together, and "jiaozi Feast" with various flavors. Su Jiaozi uses all kinds of fresh vegetables. There are many forms of jiaozi, including Crown jiaozi, Butterfly jiaozi, Goldfish jiaozi, Lace jiaozi, Crescent jiaozi with pushing, folding, twisting and flowers, and Squeezed Muyu jiaozi.
