Let's talk about leg pain during meditation first. This is a very interesting thing. Generally, leg pain will occur after meditation for about 20 minutes. If this stage is overcome, it will happen in about 40 minutes next time, and the pain will be more severe. It takes about 60 minutes to wash once. In other words, every 20 minutes or so, your legs will hurt. Generally, you will choose to be patient, because if you don't tolerate movement, your concentration will drop immediately. The method is to strengthen the concentration when changing legs, and then change legs slowly, slowly, and keep your consciousness and attention focused on the whole movement during this process, and continue to strengthen the concentration when changing legs. In fact, in the process of changing legs, the concentration will be reduced, but it will basically be maintained because it has been strengthened before and after.
The second is to take a fragmented posture. The two calves are side by side in front of you, not overlapping each other. Not with single or double disks, but scattered. There are some pictures on the internet. This posture is also called Myanmar sitting. Basically, the leg won't hurt, but the waist may hurt. Hehe, anyway, the early meditation is right, either here or there.
Third, settle down as soon as possible. If you settle down, it won't hurt. Maintain concentration as soon as possible and improve heart quality. As long as you settle down, your leg won't hurt.
