How does Taoism view love?
What Taoism pays most attention to is fate. If you have to have a love, you must do it, and everything must be humane. This is the foundation of Taoist practice.

All the fates in human nature have been exhausted, and this is liberation. As the saying goes, practice is in the world, and it is a positive result when it is born, and it has done all the fate, but it does not pursue all the fate. So after Taoism entered the WTO, everything still happened.

Taoism believes that:

1, gender equality, both men and women can be enlightened. As the highest existence beyond all things, "Tao" treats all things in the world fairly and equally. Laozi said that "heaven and earth are heartless, and everything is a grass dog" (Chapter 5 of Tao Te Ching), that is, heaven and earth have no preference and let everything grow naturally.

2. Men belong to Yang, women belong to Yin, and Yin and Yang complement each other, and both are equally important. Therefore, both men and women can practice Buddhism.

3. Harmony between men and women is the law of heaven and earth. Taoism advocates "the combination of yin and yang, prolonging life and receiving gods", and the main purpose of its sexual concept is to preserve health and become immortal. It regards sex as one of the means of personal cultivation and transcending life, and requires that personal sexual behavior is first and foremost subordinate to the fundamental goal of health preservation and immortality. Under the guidance of this goal, they seldom mention husband and wife and marriage, but attach importance to the combination of the two sexes and the form of sexual intercourse, adhere to the concept of sacredness, mystery, solemnity and equality of sex, and put the relationship between men and women and sexual behavior in a very high position. The first sentence of the Taoist classic "Zi Xuan in the Cave" written by Li Guan in the Tang Dynasty is: "Everything is born by a husband, but only people are precious. Where people are, there is no sexual desire. This means that among all things in the world, people are the most precious. And what human beings yearn for and value, nothing can exceed sexual desire. People's sexual activities take the law of heaven and earth and follow the principle of yin and yang. They believe that sexual intercourse can not only complete the task of human reproduction, but also restore the vitality of sexual intercourse, especially for men, who regard sex as a way to maintain harmony and unity with nature. In order to realize this cultural ideal and goal of self-cultivation, Taoism has also created many exquisite sexual intercourse skills and standardized sexual intercourse methods. So in short, Taoism recognizes the relationship between men and women, and naturally there are too many criteria for judging balance. But in practice, different schools have different performances. Some people can only talk about men and women when they reach a certain level, and they can only ask Taoist couples when they reach a certain level. Others let go, and so on.
