How to cook braised trotters?
1 Home-cooked braised trotters. Ingredients.

3 pig's trotters, garlic 1 root, ginger 1 root, proper amount of star anise, proper amount of fennel, 4 slices of fragrant leaves, shredded dried Chili,

Appropriate amount of pepper, onion, coriander, cinnamon, millet pepper, salt, peanut oil 15ml,

Practice steps

Break pig's trotters into small pieces with a knife, soak them in clear water for about 1 hour, and change the water twice in the middle;

Cover the pot and steam, boil for 15 minutes, and turn off the fire;
