It also describes Tao as invisible and inexhaustible. Requirements: Practicing Tai Ji Chuan has the same fitness effect as practicing Qigong, but practicing Qigong carelessly will lead to deviation and even obsession, while practicing Tai Ji Chuan has no such disadvantages. Tai Ji Chuan not only has the fitness function, but also contains the meaning of martial arts. "Loose" is ethereal; "Quiet" means stability, that is, to master "Shen Yuan" and "knowing God" well in practice. Man's right brain is the home of Yuan God; The left brain is the home of knowing God. When practicing, we should restrain our understanding of God and give play to the role of Yuan God. To suppress the knowledge of God is to eliminate the seven emotions of joy, anger, worry, thinking, sadness, fear and shock in practice, that is, to stop at the word "quiet".
