The brain-strengthening principle and achievement method of qigong
Qigong therapy has many sayings in ancient literature, including health preservation, guidance, breathing and meditation. Its principle is to make Qigong slow and smooth, which can effectively adjust the balance of the nervous system, thus improving the brain discomfort caused by stress and fatigue and making the brain full of vitality. Proper practice of Qigong can give full play to the subjective initiative of thought and greatly stimulate the self-regulation function of strengthening the brain and strengthening the body. There are many qigong exercises, many of which are for strengthening the brain. Activating qi is a common method to strengthen the brain and improve intelligence. Let's learn!

The operation method of true qi is to adjust the interior by adjusting the breath, stay inward, not overstep, make the attention highly concentrated, and make the cerebral cortex gradually enter the state of internal inhibition. The body transfers the function of "Qi" from the quietness of "mental machine" to the body, and the body adjusts between organs and tissues, thus enhancing the function of the brain and balancing Yin and Yang.

Pre-work preparation posture: sitting flat, that is, sitting on a stool or chair with a moderate height, and keeping the balance of the thigh surface after the legs touch the ground. The calf is vertical to the ground, and the distance between the legs is subject to the ability to put two fists. Palm down, on the thigh surface about 1/3, natural posture, muscle relaxation as far as possible. Eyes slightly closed, smiling, upper and lower teeth facing each other, the tip of the tongue upturned, gently licking the upper jaw, ear hearing as far as possible convergence, listening to your breathing with your mind.

Breathing: After posing, adjust your breathing under the control of your mind to achieve even breathing.

Relaxation: Relax the muscles of the whole body, especially the cranial nerves, and keep the whole body relaxed before practice. When you start practicing, let your brain press your head, neck, shoulders and hands from top to bottom. Relax your head, back, waist, legs, feet, chest and abdomen in turn. Repeat it three times, and then concentrate on your whole body with your mind, so that you can relax and start practicing.

The first step of the five-step method is to exhale into the heart: slowly concentrate your thoughts and imagine that when exhaling, the airflow will naturally and easily reach the heart with the speed of breathing. Let nature take its course when inhaling, without any consciousness or action, and repeat it many times. Practice/kloc-0 times a day, and after one week, the heart will feel heavy and warm, which is the performance of qi concentration.

The second step is to follow the trend of single field: after achieving the effect of the first step, you can start the second step. Use your mind to make qi sink with your breath and slowly send it to your abdomen (naturally sink) to facilitate the cultivation of qi. At this time, practitioners often feel an increase in appetite, bowel sounds and abdominal gas.

The third step is to concentrate on the abdomen: when the abdomen is obviously warm, the second step is completed. At this time, you can stop breathing in the abdomen intentionally or unintentionally, and never exhale downward. Natural breathing, just intentionally or unintentionally leave your thoughts in the abdomen to accumulate and cultivate. Practitioners often feel that the warmth of the abdomen will become more and more obvious at this time.

The fourth step is to instruct the satrap not to act rashly and not to add fuel to the flames: when the true qi gathers and runs in Tian Dan, it should not act rashly and let nature take its course. After the true qi is enriched to a certain extent, it will swim down through the perineum, through the tail, and then up along the spine. At this time, we should let it go with the flow without conscious guidance. With the natural operation of the true qi, the true qi will go up to Baihui point on the top of the head through points such as Mingmen, Jiaji point, Jade Pillow and Fengfu. Then it runs down from the head, through Tang Yin to the human body and gingival joints, and connects with Ren meridian. During this period, the practitioner should eliminate all doubts and hold the abdomen wholeheartedly.

Step 5: Shen Yuan accumulates vitality: Ren meridian and Du meridian are permeated with qi, which shows that practitioners don't have to stick to a certain form after practicing Qigong. You can practice at any time when you are free, you can calm down with a little attention, and the practice time can be arranged flexibly. As long as you take more time to practice, you will be energetic and happy.

After the completion of the five-step method, the body should still relax and breathe evenly, and the tongue should stir hard in the mouth several times to swallow the body fluid in the mouth. After a minute or two, you can end the whole set of techniques.

Five-step exercises can enhance the function of cerebral cortex, strengthen the regulation function of endocrine and fully improve the development and utilization of brain cells. Sticking to exercise can refresh your mind and make you energetic.
