July 9th-1 1 The skills retraining of social sports instructors in the first line of Jiangsu Type 42 Tai Ji Chuan Project was held in Yangzhong Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium on October 9th. More than 100 first-line social sports instructors from all over the province participated in the training.

This training was taught by Mao Shangjuan, the Health Qigong Department of the Provincial Social Sports Center. Teacher Mao taught the students the technical points of Type 42 Tai Ji Chuan project, led the students to perform a segmented routine drill, and guided the students to discuss and analyze the Type 42 Tai Ji Chuan technology through practical drills. The atmosphere at the training site was lively and enthusiastic. Students have said that they should make full use of this training, constantly improve their professional level and sports skills, and organize and guide more fitness enthusiasts to participate in scientific fitness.
