There are three kinds of push-ups. One is that the distance between the hands is greater than the shoulder width (practicing the muscles outside the chest).
One is that the distance between hands is the same as the shoulder width (practice the muscles in the middle of the chest)
One is that the distance between hands is smaller than the shoulder width (training chest muscles)
But if conditions permit, it's faster to practice birds, so it's best to go to a health club.
