I exercise at home almost every day, using all kinds of equipment. For example, I often use dumbbells, arm strength devices, tensioners, grip strength devices, grip strength rings, wrist strength devices, boxing targets (foot targets), nunchakus, throwing sticks, short sticks and so on. Life lies in exercise, and strength lies in persistence. I hope you also exercise regularly. The attached photos are dumbbells, arms, boxing gloves and fighting gloves I use at home.
