1, climbing before hiking is not so popular, I really like climbing. I suggest starting to climb the mountain around 6 am. If the destination is far away, I suggest a little earlier. 2. Walking I first learned about walking from a friend of mine, and then I tried walking for the first time and joined the "Ranger". This is the first time I know that there are so many beautiful scenery in my city that I don't know. Although it will be hot in summer, the weather is good and the photos are good. At the same time, you will take a walk in some places that you don't usually walk. Generally, it will be far away from the city, and the weather will be cooler.

You can sign up for a one-day hiking tour for the first time. Rangers are relatively mature. There are many scenic spots all over the country, and the routes they find are generally beautiful. After I went there, I found that many of my peers actually chose to walk. Although I was tired after a day's walk, I was full and cured, and I completely forgot all those messy things in my mind.

Riding a horse is a shame. Actually, I'm not good at cycling. I just made an appointment with a friend by accident and found that it opened the door to a new world. Choose a road along the river, with less traffic and not too many pedestrians. When going downhill, the wind blows across my cheeks, my hair flies behind me, and my troubles are left behind. Highly recommended.

Camping camping should be regarded as an epidemic. In recent years, camping has become a kind of fire because the epidemic has greatly blocked the opportunity to travel. But camping does have its reasons. I have an appointment with some friends to go camping and barbecue by the stream this weekend. It's really not cool.

Away from the city, in this atmosphere, we also have the opportunity to talk and chat with our friends. Everyone likes this pleasant feeling, so camping is actually an option we often choose.

5, skateboarding Because I personally like the feeling of wind blowing my hair, skateboarding is also one of them. I started skateboarding because I went to school with a friend. As a result, I became fascinated and began to try to play. Whether you are alone or playing with friends, you are very happy and like this feeling of freedom.

You can look for skateboarding corners in your city. There are usually many handsome guys and beautiful women to play with. You can take this opportunity to meet handsome guys and beautiful women, hahahaha, and expand your interpersonal circle.

6. Swimming How can outdoor sports in summer be without swimming? Whether it is the water world or some wild streams, swimming in summer is also very cool. Especially now, many water worlds have some handsome lifeguards. I made an appointment with my friends to go to Maya Water Park in Happy Valley, because there was a lifeguard who was really super handsome and looked like a trainee.

I had a good time and met a handsome guy. I'm so happy.

7, rock climbing I personally classify it as extreme sports, you need to choose carefully. You can choose a small indoor climbing tester first, because climbing really tests people's endurance, arm strength, core strength and so on. It is also easy to get hurt. I was injured when I first started climbing. The arm muscles pulled up slightly and were scratched by the stone wall, but rock climbing is definitely exciting and decompression.

You can start with a simple attempt and try some simple stones slowly.

8. Surfing is not a series. Hahahaha, but it is highly recommended. Because I'm afraid of water, especially the deep sea, but when I stand on the skateboard with a rope, I really feel a sense of accomplishment, but I'm not good at balance. Once I let go of the rope, I will immediately fall into the water, but I will continue to work hard.
