1 10 kg I can do more than 60 push-ups. Why can 40 kg only be used as an arm strength device?
I think it's probably because you are light or your movements are not standard. I can't even do standard push-ups, and now I'm still pushing the wall. The important reason is that my arm strength is out of proportion to my weight. My weight is twice that of you, but my arm strength can be more than 30, and my 60 kg noodle digger 10 second can be 25. The 40 kg noodle digger has really never been used.
