Basic essentials. In terms of basic skills, no matter which movement, we must go to the four essentials of "opening", "stretching", "straight" and "long". "Open" refers to the opening of shoulders and knees, and it is necessary to hold your head up and hold your chest high. "Nervous" literally means that the legs should be tightened, in order to better complete some movements that require strength, but they should not be stiff now. "Straight" is also easy to understand. The whole person should have a straight concept and maintain an elegant posture under any action. "Long" means stretching as much as possible to make the movements easier and more elegant.
Basic posture: basic posture training, including standing, sitting and lying down. Keep in mind the above four essentials when training. One of the most important is the basic standing posture, which affects the coordination of various postures of the human body. If you can stand well, other postures should be fine.
Basic project. Including quality training and operation training. Quality training refers to doing lateral leg sucking, supine kick, supine leg sucking and other actions on the ground without anything else, helping learners to fully exercise the joint ligaments of shoulders and crotch, which can exercise the flexibility of the waist and enhance the elasticity and strength of muscles everywhere. Handle training refers to holding a fixed object next to you during training, and then making various movements, including cleaning the floor, kicking, squatting, squatting and turning. These movements can exercise hips, waist and other parts and increase expression. There is also more difficult mop training, which is more difficult. First, on the basis of the first two trainings, we are trying, including hand position and foot position training, as well as increased jumping training, to better express aesthetic feeling.
With the above training, we can combine the above posture with jumping to practice the coordination and balance ability of the body, and finally we can flexibly apply it to ballet dance.
