1. Who will get the blue code?

Within five days from the date of arrival in Hunan, give the "Hunan Resident Health Code" a blue code, and a pop-up window will prompt "Those who have been in Hunan for less than five days".

2. Are the normal medical treatment and children's schooling affected by the blue code personnel?

Normal work, medical treatment, children going to school, taking public transportation, etc. It is not affected, and all localities shall not restrict it. However, blue code personnel should strictly protect themselves and wear masks at all times. Blue code personnel should do a good job of personal protection, and can sample at the green code sampling point.

3. What should blue code personnel pay attention to?

After the health code is changed to blue code, please do not go to public places such as catering services, shopping centers, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, beauty salons, baths, indoor fitness, song and dance entertainment, amusement halls, Internet cafes, bars, secret rooms, chess and cards rooms, etc.

Fourth, how should the blue code personnel decode?

Please complete the nucleic acid test once a day for the first three days after the blue code holder arrives in Hunan, and do it again on the fifth day. If the result is negative, they will automatically turn to the green code. Please carry out nucleic acid detection as required, otherwise it may turn into a yellow code. After being wrongly assigned the blue code, you can appeal to the community, street and county CDC in the jurisdiction to decode it, and decode it with the travel card record.
