Triceps brachii in one day
One-day latissimus dorsi biceps brachii (extensor carpi and flexor carpi carpi) (these two can be done in one action)
One day deltoid trapezius muscle
One-day leg (quadriceps femoris) psoas
Abdominal muscle exercise is usually more than 4 days a week. So I basically carry it with me every day.
This is the exercise method adopted by many people, four days a week.
