In my mind, running ranks first. In fact, running is a healthy, economical and substantial exercise, which not only enriches time but also consumes energy. Simple jogging actually doesn't cost much. Just find a pair of sports shoes at home. Of course, don't ban any equipment, running shoes, sports drinks and supplements. Let's focus on saving money. For example, 30 minutes of exercise at a time is enough to improve metabolism. After running, we can always feel refreshed because of the secretion of dopamine, which is healthy and shaping. Better than staying at home.
Step 2 take a walk
This is also the main form of my usual weekend pastime. There are usually free parks and scenic spots. Pick up the phone and take a picture of your little friend and leave. When I am in Beijing, most of the time I will consider going for a quiet walk in Liu Yin Park, walking my dog quietly in Houhai, watching people in Nanluoguxiang and visiting Tiananmen Square. Compared with running, you are less tired and spend more time, which helps you think about life.
Reading books
In fact, it is also a good choice to go to the bookstore or library occasionally. For example, I occasionally go to a 24-hour bookstore, such as Sanlian Taofen, and order a cup of tea to see if there are any interesting new novels or reference books that can solve my work troubles. One is half a day. If you want to save money, bring your own bottle of water. How much space does it cost to have a seat?
4. housework
If you don't want to go out or the weather is bad, clean up your home and save your shoes. Wash clothes, clean floors, clean cabinets, clean windows, shine shoes, sweep corridors with light bulbs that can't be repaired, brush sports shoes, trim eyebrows, take a bath at home, water flowers and grass, bathe dogs, cut hair, sort out sundries, throw away unwanted things and sell them. Maybe you can earn some money and donate it to children in disaster areas for sex. If you still have the strength, cook a meal at home, reward yourself, repay your parents, invite three or five friends and have a small party at home. These are all good choices. Discover the beauty in life. Note: obsessive-compulsive disorder, do what you can, don't tire yourself out. Remember to wash dishes after cooking. Your parents will love you more.
