The examination content of Xiamen fitness instructor qualification certificate is mainly divided into the following three aspects:

Constitution can be divided into male and female; The survey items include: sitting forward, push-ups and squats with bare hands.

The basic theoretical knowledge is to answer questions on the computer; Investigation courses include: sports nutrition, sports anatomy, sports physiology, sports planning principles, health and fitness, etc. These theoretical knowledge is the basis of learning advanced skills, especially sports anatomy, and also the basic knowledge of learning sports rehabilitation skills in the later stage.

Practical skills are verified in the form of spot checks, including resistance training techniques (12 muscles).
