I'm afraid of running and getting tanned. What should I do?
First of all, we should know that the essence of skin blackening comes from melanin produced by the body, and "tanning" is the premise of giving birth to this melanin.

Under the illumination condition, the UV-A long wave (400-3 15μm) in the ultraviolet rays of the sun will activate the melanin existing in the upper skin cells and make the skin black.

UV-A has a long wavelength, which can penetrate clouds and glass, enter rooms and cars, and penetrate deep into the dermis of skin. The activated melanin will not exist for a long time, but will disappear soon-so sometimes when we go out, it will "turn white" after a period of tanning;

Waves in UV-B (3 15-280μm) are different. It will stimulate the production of new melanin, which will last for a long time in the skin-that is, the reason why the skin really becomes darker than before after a long period of sunburn.

1, how to protect yourself from running?

1. 1, apply sunscreen.

Before going out for a run, start applying sunscreen at least 20 minutes in advance to ensure that sunscreen is absorbed by the skin. It is recommended to apply it every 2 hours. If the sunshine is particularly strong, it can be replenished every1.5h. Also, remember to bring water, and the outdoor running water loss is also relatively large.

1.2, physical sun protection

Be sure to wear a hat and professional outdoor glasses before going out to prevent facial skin and eyes from being burned. In addition, it is best to wear a sports hat or sports headscarf and sweat belt to reduce the scouring of sunscreen by sweat.

1.3, avoid running in strong sunlight.

In the case of autumn tigers, the best advice is still to avoid the time when the sun is strongest (10 am to before 4pm). Instead, I choose to run in the morning or at night.

2. Can I run in makeup?

Make-up running is a no-no, because the skin pores are thick and sweat glands are active when running. If you make up, it may cause pore blockage, which is not conducive to the discharge of sweat and waste. At the same time, cosmetics will clog pores, and sweating will make makeup very uncomfortable. In addition, after running a lot of sweat, you should also clean it in time, otherwise the repeated stimulation of sweat will easily lead to skin tingling and itching, erythema papules and even dermatitis.

3. When is the best time to run?

It is best to run at a time that suits you, because everyone chooses a different exercise time. If you force yourself to change time blindly, your body may also resist. Therefore, people who like to run in the morning can run in the surrounding parks or directly on the inside of the road before going to work, while people who like to run for fun can go home at night and have a rest when they are full.

Although there is no strict limit on running time, running at inappropriate times may do harm to your health, such as cold weather at night, hot weather at noon, windy weather in the morning and rainy weather at any time. Because runners are prone to colds or heatstroke during these periods, they should pay more attention and try to avoid them.
