Breakfast: one boiled egg, one bag of soybean milk or skim milk, 2-3 slices of whole wheat bread (50-80g).
Lunch: Help yourself, but try to avoid being too greasy. Just eat until you are eight points full.
Dinner: mainly liquid food such as porridge, plus some ultra-low calorie foods such as cold salad, kelp or cucumber slices. The porridge should not be too thick.
Exercise: Half an hour after dinner, go out for a walk, warm up, and then start skipping. 30 -40 minutes a day, divided into two groups. Because it is summer, you are basically sweating after dancing. Take a bath and massage your calf, or your leg will be sore the next day. Before going to bed, I will do two groups of sit-ups, 60 in each group, step by step, of course.
