Third, high-altitude sports such as basketball. Basketball is a sport that many boys like very much. And of course, the women's basketball team. Besides playing basketball, some high-altitude sports are also very beneficial to people's height. There are many kinds of sports, and almost every kind of sports is beneficial to us to some extent. In addition to the above three items, of course, there are many sports that are good for us to grow taller, such as stretching gymnastics, yoga, hanging upside down, pull-ups and so on.
