Five, party member cadres, deputies to the National People's Congress and CPPCC members should play an exemplary role, manage themselves and their relatives, drive friends and neighbors, and help control and persuade villagers to go out less, go to the streets less, do not visit or get together as required.

Six, it is strictly prohibited for all personnel in the area to organize or participate in any form of collective dinner and party activities during the epidemic prevention and control period, including playing cards, mahjong, party chat, square dance, greenway party fitness, etc. The public security organs will intensify their efforts to crack down on units and individuals who participate in holding or undertaking collective dinners and gatherings, and will deal with them severely in accordance with relevant regulations. Among them, party member cadres and public officials who participate in violation of regulations are all seriously accountable; The cadres of the two committees will be dismissed for violating the rules and regulations. If the circumstances are serious, it shall not be used as a candidate for the next village-level organization; All leading cadres who participate in violation of regulations will be suspended.
