There are generally three ways to take the examination of fitness instructor qualification certificate, which is mainly suitable for three types of people who want to get the certificate.

An institution specializing in certificate certification.

The first type is an institution specializing in certificate certification, which only conducts training on certificate content. The training time is 7 days, and it takes about 15 days from the training to the end of the exam. Suitable for fitness instructors with certain experience to get the certificate directly.

Skills training school

The second way is through skills training schools. First of all, systematic skill training is needed. Only by mastering professional skills can you take the certificate exam. Generally, it takes 2-3 months, which is suitable for newcomers with zero foundation. Not only can you get a certificate, but more importantly, you can master professional fitness coaching skills, which is the foundation for future development.

Sports university students

The third type is suitable for students in sports universities. The general school will organize the corresponding certificate examination, which can be taken at school. However, at present, there is no such form in all physical education colleges in China, and it is also carried out in cooperation with specialized certificate training institutions.

Primary certificate examination content

Newcomers can only take the primary certificate in the early stage, and the exam is divided into three parts, theoretical knowledge, practical skills and physical fitness test. Theoretical knowledge includes sports nutrition, sports anatomy, sports physiology, sports planning principles, health and fitness, etc. These theoretical knowledge is the basis of learning advanced skills, especially sports anatomy, and also the basic knowledge of learning sports rehabilitation skills in the later stage.
