(nine) rational medical treatment, respect for medical personnel, through legal channels to resolve disputes between doctors and patients. Thirteenth citizens should abide by the following norms of public health behavior:

(a) to participate in the management of human settlements, maintain the hygiene of public places, do not spit, urinate, throw cigarette butts and sundries, and do not smoke in areas where smoking is prohibited;

(two) the classification of domestic waste, do not throw, dump or pile up domestic waste;

(six) civilized toilet, keep public toilets clean and hygienic. Article 14 Citizens driving motor vehicles shall abide by the following provisions:

(1) Motorists and passengers shall wear safety belts as required, and motorcyclists and passengers shall wear safety helmets as required;

(2) Obey traffic instructions, drive according to traffic signals, do not cross the line to occupy the road, do not stop, turn around, change lanes, or cut in;

(3) Slow down when crossing the crosswalk, stop and give way when pedestrians pass, and avoid pedestrians when crossing the road without traffic signals;

(four) regulate the use of lights, horns and communication tools, turn off the high beam when driving or passing through urban roads, do not honk in areas or road sections where honking is prohibited, and do not use hand-held phones when driving;

(five) special vehicles such as police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles;

(6) Drive safely, develop good driving habits, abandon bad driving habits, don't drive fatigue, don't forcibly overtake, don't drive a bucket car, don't stick your body out of the car, and don't throw things out of the car;

(seven) driving a taxi to implement service standards, keep the car clean and tidy, do not smoke, eat snacks, refuse to carry, dump passengers or deliberately bypass to deceive passengers. Fifteenth citizens driving a non-motor vehicle shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) driving in non-motor vehicle lanes, driving on the right side of the road without non-motor vehicle lanes, and not retrograde;

(2) Give way to pedestrians, do not illegally carry people, do not stay in the roadway or walk at will;

(3) Waiting for the signal light in the specified area, not exceeding the stop line and not running the red light;

(four) slow down before turning, turn on the turn signal or signal light;

(five) when parking vehicles, do not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, do not occupy bus stops, blind roads, and do not block signs.
