Then you need to iron it in the gym after dinner every day. Because you eat so much food every day, your body absorbs so much energy. If you don't vent it properly, it may really accumulate in your body and become fat.
Because muscles can only grow and change in constant tearing and recombination, how can they be torn?

What I'm talking about here is not tearing the muscles, but letting the muscles get full exercise in constant ironing, because only when you keep repeating a certain action and practicing a certain muscle, the muscles will continue to tear with strength, and then they will absorb nutrients from the body at rest to reorganize, so some people will be weak after practicing that day, but they will have inexhaustible strength the next day.
This is when people rest at night, muscles are constantly reorganizing, and the reorganized muscle groups are more powerful and more shaped than the previous muscles.
And why are you going to the gym? Because friends who have had fitness experience may know that fitness is really a boring thing. Of course, if you are already enjoying it, that is another matter.
Before that, people really gave up easily. In order to get enough exercise for muscles, a person repeats an action in groups, and it is lonely to think about it.
