However, these two time points are when there are the most people in the gym. If the gym is big and there are many equipment, it's ok, otherwise it's necessary to wait for the equipment.
Generally speaking, it is absolutely enough for strength training to last for two hours without interruption. No matter how long, physical exertion is too large, and the training effect is not good.
