Sanda, also known as Sanshou, is an important form of China Wushu. Sanda does not pursue fancy, but aims to defeat its opponents by using Sanda techniques flexibly and skillfully. Sanda moves can be divided into five categories: real posture, footwork, fist, leg, fall and defense. According to the different forms, properties, values and functions of various Wushu Sanda, Sanda can be divided into three categories: competitive Sanda, practical Sanda and drill Sanda.
