The qualification examination of bonus points that have attracted the attention of college entrance examination candidates will begin this week. According to the regulations of the Autonomous Region Admissions Examination Committee, outstanding candidates can get up to 15 points, and candidates in minority areas can get up to 20 points.
Candidates who can get extra points in the college entrance examination are mainly divided into three categories: fresh graduates who have won outstanding awards in national competitions, candidates from ethnic minority areas and border candidates.
Fresh graduates who have won the title of outstanding students at the autonomous region level and outstanding ideological and political moral deeds won the first prize in the national middle school students' Olympic provincial division and the first, second and third prizes in the national finals. Those who won the first and second prizes in national competitions such as the National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition, the "Tomorrow's Little Scientist" award activity, the national computer production activities in primary and secondary schools, and those who participated in the International Science and Engineering Grand Prix and the International Environmental Research Project Olympic Competition can add 65,433 points to the total score of the college entrance examination.
However, in the autonomous region-level youth science and technology competition, it is different from last year, and all winners should get extra points. Candidates who have won the first prize this year can get 15 points.
Candidates who won the top six in major international sports competitions or national sports competitions in high school, won the title of national second-class athlete or above, and were tested and recognized by the Autonomous Region Admissions Examination Committee that year, can add 20 points.
Candidates in ethnic minority areas will get different grades of extra points in the college entrance examination.
Among them, in the whole region of Guangxi (except Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin, Wuzhou and Beihai), candidates from Yao, Miao, Dong, Maonan, Mulao, Hui, Yi, Jing, Shui, Gelao, etc. 10 minority can add 20 points on the basis of the total score of the college entrance examination.
Rongshui, Sanjiang, Longsheng, Gongcheng, Longlin, Fuchuan, Luocheng, Huanjiang, Bama, Du 'an, Dahua, Jinxiu 12 ethnic autonomous counties, Ziyuan, Lingyun and Xilin enjoy the same treatment as ethnic autonomous counties, and candidates from Fangchenggang and dongxing city (including Han candidates) can also get 20 points.
Candidates from 33 mountainous areas and border counties (cities, districts) such as Rong 'an, Guanyang, Xincheng and Xiangzhou, as well as returned overseas Chinese and their relatives, Taiwan Province provincial candidates, self-employed retired soldiers and martyrs' children, and rural family planning candidates with daughters but no children, can get preferential treatment of 10.
Among the above-mentioned candidates who get extra points, they can't accumulate extra points, but only take the highest score as the extra points for candidates. However, candidates from eight border counties (cities, districts) such as Dongxing, Jingxi, Napo, Pingxiang, Daxin, Ningming, Longzhou and Fangchenggang, who enjoy the treatment of border counties, as well as candidates from Debao County, Fusui County, Jiangzhou District and Fangchenggang Port Area of Chongzuo City, implement a preferential policy in admission.
