Running sweats a lot. What does this mean?
I run every day. In summer in the south, the air pressure is low and sultry, and I sweat profusely every time I finish running. Drink plenty of water before running and add normal saline after running. Normal running is of course fitness, not for health. Who will go jogging? I have always advocated fitness and running, but I have never worried about health problems. On the contrary, I feel good, and I sweat a lot, which shows that my metabolism is good. Accelerate metabolism, and more toxins in the body can be excreted. In addition to toxins, melanin is excreted quickly and the skin is good. Suntanned in summer, it will be fine in a few months. So I never care much about tanning.

Excessive sweating in summer can also lead to water loss in the body. If water is not replenished in time, it may lead to heatstroke. If you sweat a lot in winter, it will be worse for your health. First of all, you should know how to collect semen in winter. If you sprinkle too much, it will definitely affect your health and induce some diseases in the coming year. However, excessive sweating will lose a lot of water, leading to dehydration, low salt and even hypovolemic shock; A large amount of dehydration can also cause fluctuations in blood sugar, blood pressure and uric acid in the body, leading to hypoglycemia, high or low blood pressure, gout, etc., so sweating also has certain risks.

As for sweating too much, I don't think there is any problem. I think summer is the season when people sweat. Hiding in an air-conditioned room all day and sweating uncomfortably is not good for your health. Only when you sweat thoroughly in summer will you not feel cold in winter, and your hands and feet will not be cold. Of course, I also like to drink black tea.

Our body temperature is in a balanced state, but when we exercise, our body will generate a lot of heat. With the increase of our exercise intensity, such as running too fast or running for too long, our body will generate more heat, which will be emitted through our breathing and sweat. The reason is that the four cornerstones proposed by WHO need proper exercise, and the so-called proper exercise is that the body is hot or slightly sweaty after exercise.
