Eat small tomatoes after fitness
A perfect healthy breakfast needs to include these three things:

1 protein: low calorie, high nutrition and strong satiety.

Carbohydrates: provide calories, keep your brain awake and keep your body active.

3 Fruits/vegetables: supplement vitamins+dietary fiber+minerals and other trace elements.

What the hell are you eating?

Recommended protein:

Dairy products (pure milk, cheese, cheese, etc. )

Eggs (boiled eggs, tea eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, etc. )

Bean products (white tofu, soybean milk → freshly ground or sugar-free)

Meat (chicken breast, beef, etc. )

Recommended carbohydrates:

Corn, purple sweet potato, sweet potato, miscellaneous grains porridge, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, etc. (Strong satiety, low glycemic index, little effect on blood sugar, and help to lose weight)

Recommended fruits/vegetables:

Vegetables are generally green leafy vegetables, which can be fried with less oil and salt. I like lettuce best.

The fruit can control the calorie of one punch, and you can choose: a kiwi fruit, half an apple, 3-4 small tomatoes, etc.

A hearty breakfast will refresh you all morning. Be sure to remember to have a good breakfast.
