First of all, the hardware facilities in our school are quite good! Besides excellent teaching and dormitory environment, there are many professional and recreational facilities, such as laboratories, art galleries, concert halls and computer rooms. Moreover, what is even more surprising is that even the gym, a facility that many colleges and universities will provide, has ~!
Our school's fitness centers are distributed in different campuses, with two in total, one in the north gate and the other in the south gate. Facilities are also very complete, in addition to equipment and space, there are several swimming pools, basketball courts and badminton courts. The swimming pool is my favorite. When the weather is hot, I will row there several times as long as time permits. And there are often some fitness courses, which are given to us by professional fitness coaches. We can also consult them if we encounter problems.
But then again, to enjoy the benefits of the gym, you need to practice often, otherwise it won't work! Take myself as an example. At first, I just ran around and practiced blindly, and there was no discipline. As a result, there is no result. When I'm fed up with my declining weight, I have a planned exercise plan, and I'm determined to stick to my exercise and diet plan ... now I'm finally back to my previous weight and figure!
