1, Zhouzhuang Han and Tang Four Seasons Flower Sea
Zhouzhuang Hantang Four Seasons Flower Sea Project is located in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, which bears the "engine of the rise of central China" and the core growth pole of Hunan's economic development. It is included in the core area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan "two-oriented society" experimental zone and the first pilot town of "coordinating urban and rural development" reform in Hunan Province-Guanbai Town.
Zhouzhuang Hantang Four Seasons Flower Sea Base covers a total area of more than 333,000 square meters. The planning includes the four-season circulating flower sea, the largest open-air rose garden in central and southern China, the flower sea under the forest, the firefly flower valley and the boutique residential group.
After the project is completed, it will be comparable to Keukenhof Park in the Netherlands, which will greatly promote the overall development of natural eco-tourism industry and regional economy in Central and South China, and fill the gap of top international flower tourism projects in Central and South China.
2. Yan Di Square
Yan Di Square is located in Zhuzhou High-tech Development Zone. The whole square covers an area of 17 square meters, and the plane design is an unfolded fan. The square is divided into seven functional areas: cultural scenic spot, green scenic spot, assembly square, leisure and fitness, commercial service and traffic distribution. Through the planned radial and arc road network, each functional area forms three landscape sequences: leader, core and background.
Its core part, the cultural scenic spot, is located on the central axis. The main building is a giant statue of Emperor Yan, with a height of19.97m, which means it was completed in 1997.
The giant statue is surrounded by a pedestal symbolizing the "Sun God", a meniscus fountain symbolizing the spirit of Emperor Yan and the brilliance of the sun and the moon, a large relief and totem pole with the theme of praising the great achievements of Emperor Yan, and an international Expo Center with a total area of 6,543,800+0.3 million square meters is planned to be built underground. Yan Di is currently the largest cultural square in the south of China.
