Baoding fitness balls are made of wood, stone, steel and copper, and some only use two walnuts. Iron smells rusty, jade is too expensive, and the grade of stone is a little low. All three are cold and feel bad. Rosewood is better. The picture shows an ordinary jade ball. This material doesn't look very good. Write it on the instruction manual of the box when you buy it.
