"Gather the heart" and unite harmony. One is to infect police officers with noble sentiments. Every team member is required to be indifferent to trivial matters and personal grievances, discuss things with one heart, see things with a ruler, and play chess to set an example for police officers in their work, study and life. The second is to motivate the police with clear goals. Nine rules and regulations, such as the Performance Appraisal Method and the Attendance System, have been promulgated to quantify the work objectives to every police officer, so that "everyone has a goal and everyone has a heavy burden". The third is to use the fusion effect of culture to drive the police. The management concept of "striving for every flag, striving for the first, striving for the first" has been created by judging the department's "procuratorial star" every month and "five-star department" every quarter. Libraries, gymnasiums and recreation rooms have been set up, celebrity aphorisms have been hung in office buildings, and a speech contest on the construction of procuratorial professional ethics, the swearing-in of new prosecutors and the selection of "moral models around me" have been held and carried out. Liu Xingkuan, governor of China People's Bank, is one of the three moral models selected by our institute. In his work, he boldly innovated and practiced, and opened a personal blog named "What to do about unfair litigation" on the Internet to publicize the procuratorial function and answer questions for netizens. So far, more than 2000 people have visited this blog.

"Heart-to-heart" promotes harmony. The first is to improve the heart-to-heart system. Actively promote the "six must talk", that is, new recruits must talk, encounter difficulties, find that police officers are depressed, have conflicts with people, change posts, and be transferred from relevant departments. The second is to smooth communication channels. Columns such as "Attorney General's Mailbox" and "Online Talk" have been set up on the internal LAN. If the rationalization proposal of the police is adopted by the party group, certain material rewards will be given. The third is to enrich the form of heart-to-heart. Using the work evaluation meeting twice a year, selecting some middle-level cadres to participate in the democratic life meeting of the bureau party group and holding symposiums at different levels can achieve zero-distance communication between police officers, between police officers and middle-level, and between police officers and team members. Last year, our college recruited three new college students, and the college leaders solved the difficulties in life for college students living in other places in time.

"Warm people's hearts" and achieve harmony. The first is to implement a notification system for major issues, so that police officers can feel the warmth of the "big family". The second is to care for and help the police. For example, improve the quality of food in restaurants, equip offices with drinking fountains, and offer condolences to police officers with family difficulties every Spring Festival. For the police officers who take part in the judicial examination, the college will purchase examination books, CDs and other study materials in a unified way, and arrange study time of not less than 3 months. Those who pass the judicial examination will be awarded 3000 yuan in the hospital. The third is to care about the police. Carry out the activities of "caring for police officers and health examination" in the hospital, and pay attention to the physical and mental health of police officers with "six ones", that is, concentrate on exercising once a week, disinfect the restaurant once a month, determine an activity theme every quarter, hold a health knowledge lecture every six months, conduct a comprehensive physical examination for police officers in the hospital every year, and carry out outdoor training once a year.
