Chengyun Village Project is a large-scale comprehensive sports project decided by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government 1996 to welcome the 4th National Urban Games. This project not only completed the historical task of hosting the 4th City Games, but also showed the comprehensive strength of Xi to all people at that time.

Therefore, in order to make Chengyun Village play a greater and more active role in urban functions and social benefits, maximize the potential of Chengyun Village, continue the existing functions of Chengyun Village, meet the needs of people's physical fitness in Xi, enhance the regional image of North City, and improve the living facilities of North City, this project will become an important factor of regional value-added. Xi decided to rebuild Chengyun Village, build an urban sports park with the theme of physical fitness, provide a place for citizens to exercise for all, speed up the pace of urban construction in the north, and enhance Xi's urban image.
The expert seminar on the secondary development planning scheme of Ancheng Yuncun was held in Sheraton Xi Hotel.
