Notice on Adjusting Suzhou Minimum Wage Standard

Municipal and district human resources and social security bureaus, Suzhou Industrial Park Labor and Social Security Bureau, municipal committees (companies) and relevant units:
According to the Notice of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Suzhou (Su Ren She Fa [2015] No.422), the minimum wage standard in Suzhou was adjusted from 20 16 1. Hereby notify as follows:
The first is to adjust the minimum wage.
1. Adjust the monthly minimum wage. The monthly minimum wage in Suzhou, Zhangjiagang, Changshu, Taicang, Kunshan and Wujiang was adjusted from 1.68 yuan/month to 1.820 yuan/month.
2. Adjust the hourly minimum wage. Suzhou City, Zhangjiagang City, Changshu City, Taicang City, Kunshan City and Wujiang District all implement the first-class regional hourly minimum wage standard in Jiangsu Province, which is adjusted from 14.5 yuan/hour to 15.5 yuan/hour.
3. The internship remuneration paid by the enterprise to the internship students and the labor remuneration of the work-study students shall be paid by the hour, which shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard for part-time employment hours.
Two, the minimum wage standard does not include the following contents
1. Overtime pay;
2. Allowances under special working conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful;
3. Laws, regulations and state regulations on employee welfare, etc.
Three, the monthly salary of workers does not contain the above content, individuals pay the housing provident fund according to the lower limit, which is lower than the minimum wage, and the employer shall pay it according to the minimum wage.
Four, all regions and departments should conscientiously implement the work of adjusting the minimum wage standard, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers; All relevant departments should strengthen supervision and ensure the strict implementation of the minimum wage standard.
