Senior one and senior two, basically no study, irregular exercise. Playing mobile phone in class, confused all day. At that time, insomnia was more common, and the motor function was weakened compared with the third grade. Obviously, it is hormone secretion disorder, uneasy, and low attention. Senior three forced himself to overclock. In the first half of the year, under the condition of swallowing six bags of raw black coffee every day, there were ten hours of intensive study, two hours of intensive saxophone practice (sweating heavily, which is aerobic), eight hours of sleep at night and two runs. Two runs are group running exercises in the morning. At this time, I will lead my friends who like running to easily surpass the previous six or seven classes. The other time is when I have a rest at night. I will go to the playground to run a 3000-meter race, which will greatly release my body and mind. Exercise increases the depth of sleep, improves the efficiency of rest, and provides the possibility for long-term concentration. In the second half of the year, two hours of intensive saxophone practice turned into a nap, and black coffee was no longer needed. In the first half of the year, I occasionally surpassed my deskmate and never had a chance. This also shows that people's energy is limited, and if there are too many things to do, efficiency will definitely decline. In the later period of college, comparing several roommates who are crazy about games, we can really get the typical difference between fitness group and non-fitness group. They have little sleep, irregular life and poor health. I sleep more (about an hour or two more), eat more (twice as much), live a regular life (I am hungry and sleepy when I get to the point), and have strong sports ability (I wear hiking shoes and fly a few kilometers to meet my friends in the rain). At present, during my stay in Beijing, I exercise five days a week to exercise my chest, back, shoulders, legs and hands. However, I often encounter business trips. For example, if the hotel conditions are good, I will go to its gym and enjoy the kind of gym that is expensive for everyone but only used by a few people. I don't need to pay too much attention to my diet, but I'm used to high protein, high fiber and low sugar, so I often eat ten plates of raw fish or two pounds of new prawns when I do it myself. Physiologically, although it hurts every day, it functions well and gets up regularly at night. Psychologically, even if there is no communication for one day and I can't say a word for a few days, I have ideals, goals, enthusiasm for life and am not depressed. I have done difficult things, and I am confident when I go out to meet customers, and I have the courage to control my life.
It is a bit biased and unfair to think that going to the gym is pretending to be forced
