How to make vegetarian lunch quiche?

Sour cream, eggs, flour, oatmeal, olive oil, eggs, sour cream, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, red onions, garlic, coriander, Chili powder, seabuckthorn powder, salt and black pepper.

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, and coat the pie plate with oil, butter or cooking spray.
