First of all, I lead the children to warm up with the music of "Song of Health". After hearing the music, the children were very excited and jumped up with me happily. After the warm-up exercise, I explained the main contents of today's activities, and used foam pads to let the children practice jumping forward with their feet. The child has a good grasp of jumping forward with his feet and can jump forward as required. In the game, I asked the children to jump from the starting point to the finish line, then pick carrots and go back the same way. However, when playing games, children often jump from the starting point to the end point, but some children forget to jump back to the starting point in the same way after picking radishes, but walk back to the starting point or run back to the starting point. This may be the link that the game needs to be improved. Let the children jump from the starting point to the end point, pick the radish and then run back to the starting point, so that the children will not be so chaotic when playing the game. The process is also clearer. Another disadvantage is that I gave each child a flower after playing a game. In the second game, I asked the children to line up according to the color of their flowers. Because the children are young, some children can't find the place where they should stand at once, and as a result, I have to wait in line again, which wastes a lot of time.

During the whole activity, the children basically mastered the skills of jumping forward with their feet and could abide by the rules of the game. Although the goal of the activity has been basically achieved, some processes of the activity have not been fully considered, which makes the whole class a bit long. I hope that in the second teaching and research, the game link will be fully considered to make this class more perfect.
