Drink plenty of water. You can add a little lemon or red dates to cold boiled water, and then eat more fruits to ensure metabolism. You can eat less and more meals, but don't eat too much at once. Before drawing, you can cut some fruits and put them aside. Throw a few pieces into your mouth when you are hungry. Don't eat sugar or snacks, just have some porridge for dinner.
Don't stay up at night. I am an art student myself, so many students stay up late to draw. I think this is not good for your health, because staying up late will make you hungry, and you will eat when you are hungry. It is absolutely impossible to stay up late for dinner!
