Relieve fine lines on the forehead. The middle finger and ring finger of both hands start to circle from the middle of the forehead, press on the temple, and gently lift with the rhythm of "1, 2, 3". Repeat it several times.
Hands with fingers together, gently calm down from Qi Mei to hairline, and repeat several times.
Step 9:
Hold up your cheeks with warm hands, four fingers and palms, and soothe your cheeks in a "V" shape from bottom to top. Repeat it several times.
