1 Stretch the muscles behind the neck

Hold your head with your hands, and slowly pull your head down with your arms. 15~30 seconds.

Step 2 stretch deltoid muscle

The straight arm of the left hand is retracted to the chest, and the front tube of the right hand is fixed to the elbow of the left hand, so that the left arm is close to the chest and held for 15~30 seconds.
