I only eat fruit, and an apple with something to drink will do.

Of course, the first week will be very uncomfortable, hungry and painful, but I persisted and found that I didn't have that symptom, so I got used to it. Now I eat less and less, and I don't feel hungry.

Others should be kept, for example, don't just lie in bed at night, you can stretch your legs to the ceiling to ride a bike, and you can stovepipe your legs. Pay more attention to such similar sports details, and you will lose weight unconsciously.
