Side leg lifts, and leg lifts after lying flat (commonly known as small) do as much as possible when watching TV or when you are free.
Climb the stairs from bottom to top until you are sweating and your heart beats (it is advisable to repeat 10 floor or above). Go downstairs and try to take the elevator to avoid hurting your joints.
If you do push-ups, try to raise your ass a little, so you can feel pain in your lower abdomen when you do so.
The most important thing is to be temperate in dinner, eat as little as possible, or eat more fruits and vegetables.
