Preparatory posture: upright.
1: Make a fist with both hands (fist center down), and both arms will bend first and then vibrate before reaching the chest. 2. Straighten your arm forward (the center of your fist is opposite) until it is lifted to the side, and then vibrate. 3. Flap your arms forward, and then cross your left foot into a left lunge. At the same time, clench your fists with both hands to make your left arm bend flat in front of your chest (fist heart backward), raise your right arm sideways (fist heart forward) and then tremble, turn your head to the right and look to the right. 4: Return to the upright position. 5-8: same as 1-4, but in the opposite direction.
Requirements and precautions:
1: The movements are vigorous and elastic.
2. For the third and seventh lunges, keep the upper body upright, bend your knees and toes forward, and align your knees and toes.
