In fact, the poses are basically the same, and what I teach in this yoga studio is a little different from what I learned in teaching and training. I succeeded in the details:

1. Drink 700 ml of salt water (including lemon juice) at a time, which is a little more salty than the food you eat. Squat down and smile. Laughing and drinking is to relax, not to compete. Suggest that you are drinking beauty water, which will make you the most tender person in the world.

2, try not to let yourself sweat or fatigue, lie down and rest in the above situation.

3. Postures include: skyscraper, wind blowing trees, standing, twisting waist and breathing. Squat balance (legs apart, hands folded), 1 1 group breathing; Duck style, cobra, 6 groups of breathing; Fish and plough. After finishing, continue to drink water and repeat asana. Drink water three or four times.

After the first group of movements, I just felt bloated. Just after drinking the second sip, I rushed to the bathroom and started a journey of thousands of miles.

After detoxification, lie down and rest for 25 minutes to restore your body energy.

You'd better take a nap after lunch in the afternoon. When you fall asleep, you forget to be hungry and let your body and mind rest.

Third, matters needing attention

1, hypertension, heart disease, physical weakness, people with gastrointestinal diseases can't practice, during physiological period, pregnant women and 16 years old can't practice;

2. Don't practice too often. For very thin people, it is enough to practice no more than three times a year.

It is natural to get on the card to detoxify, obviously feeling that the stomach is healthy, but after detoxification, the daily diet and hygiene rules can be maintained in a good state. With this hunger experience, I began to care more about my stomach.
