As a dormitory foodie party, I have too much say in fighting against losing weight. If you are healthy, you should start with a high-protein and low-fat satiety.

1, fruits and vegetables

If you are a student party who is losing weight, you should choose fruits when you are hungry, such as cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, bananas and pears, berries, grapefruit and oranges, which are relatively low in calories. Litchi, jackfruit and durian should be used with caution, because they are rich in sugar and easy to get angry.

Personally, I like cherry tomatoes and cucumbers best. They are affordable and easy to clean.

2. Milk/soybean milk

As a lover of dairy products and bean products, I must recommend milk and soybean milk!

Milk and soybean milk are rich in protein. If you are hungry at night and don't want to burden your stomach too much, you can choose milk, or soak a cup of milk powder/soybean milk powder to increase your satiety, or soak some instant oats or cakes in it.

3, oatmeal

There are many different kinds of oats on the market now, some are homemade and some dare to eat. It's great with milk and yogurt!

My favorite is my classmate's strawberry yogurt oatmeal, which can be eaten three times (dry, mixed with yogurt, mixed with milk). There are also many things, such as baked oatmeal, dried strawberries, cheese balls and coconut flakes.

Other dry oatmeal is also very special, such as some fruit and nut oatmeal. It can be paired with sugar-free yogurt or eaten dry. There are oats, dried fruits, nuts and cornflakes in it, which are healthier and fuller than potato chips.

Of course, the healthiest thing is pure oatmeal. Soak hot milk with bananas and blueberries to increase the layering of the taste. It's full!

4, konjac cool

If you want to eat spicy strips and are afraid of being fat, you can eat konjac, which has low calories, so you don't have to worry about gaining weight if you eat more bags. And qq bomb, basically our dormitory bought a big bag, split in two.

5, chicken breast/chicken sausage/chicken balls

Now there are vacuum-packed chicken breasts on the market, which have diverse tastes and are not very expensive. Basically, you can buy a pack of chicken breast for more than three yuan, and chicken breast is high in protein and low in fat, so you are basically full after eating a pack.

If you think chicken breast is too firewood, you can choose better food such as chicken sausage and chicken balls, which are healthier than ham sausage and ordinary hot pot balls. Chicken balls are highly recommended, which contain crispy horseshoes to increase the refreshing feeling.

6. Whole wheat bread/stick, European bread

Do you have the same bread head as me I especially want to eat bread and cake at night, but bread is high in oil and sugar and I am afraid of gaining weight. Relatively speaking, whole wheat bread has much lower calories and rye is rich in fiber, so I won't worry about eating too much.

Da Lieba is a special food in Russian and northeastern China. It's a big one. It's too dry, so don't worry about eating too much! You can also choose the kind of stick with walnut sandwich, which will taste better.

7.purple rice bread

This calorie is relatively high, because there is a purple rice cheese sandwich in the middle, but the delicious taste is unbearable! I really like this. Three pieces of bread, one layer of cheese sauce and one layer of purple rice, are full of happiness.

8. Braised eggs/boiled eggs

I almost forgot! Eggs are also high-protein satiety foods. I don't need to introduce this. I believe everyone has eaten more or less. Tea eggs in the school canteen are also very suitable for supper. The healthiest choice is boiled eggs, but the taste may not be as delicious as tea eggs and braised eggs.

9. Squid larvae

This was recommended to me by my yoga teacher when I was working part-time in the gym. It smells a little seafood, but it's stuffed with floss, which is delicious.
