Don't think that my breakfast is very simple, and the digestible rice porridge, steamed bread and bean curd brain bring me a feeling that is incomparable at the Manchu-Chinese banquet.

With the hot porridge in my stomach, I slowly recovered my strength. My head is still a little dizzy and my body is a little soft. After thinking about it, I think I should listen to my body's reaction and go back to bed. After getting up for half an hour, my body recovered immediately and I felt very light at the moment. Also, the later toilets were very comfortable and clean, as if all the wastes in the body were going to be discharged.

Time goes back to 24 hours ago, at 5: 20 am on June 5.

I didn't take a sip of water after getting up in the morning. Complete fasting.

After sending my children to school, I hurried to attend yoga training. Today is the second day of the fourth-order training.

In the morning, I am learning asana, and I have a lot of activities. There is no response except occasional stomach growling.

At noon, she successfully resisted the temptation and chatted calmly with the staff in the museum, completely ignoring the various flavors of her lunch.

When I was talking about yoga philosophy in the afternoon, I felt like drinking water for a while, but everything else was fine.

After the training, I went home in the evening, played with my children for a while and began to write. Then I began to feel a little tired, but I still didn't feel hungry, and my stomach would growl from time to time.

It was not until ten o'clock that I suddenly felt too tired to hold on. I accidentally fell asleep while reading my mobile phone and other people's articles.

I didn't feel hungry until I woke up at four o'clock this morning.

This is the fourth time I have fasted in two years. It's amazing. I was not hungry yesterday, but I was starving when I got up this morning.

The first time I tried fasting was two years ago, which happened to be the day of work. Diet should be light, that is, you can drink water and eat a small amount of fruit when you are particularly hungry. At that time, I ate some fruit and persisted until 7 o'clock in the evening. I couldn't bear it anymore and resigned. I won't try again.

The second time was three months ago, eating lightly, drinking water and adding three apples, one day and one night, was still successful.

The third time was a month ago, the same fast food, an apple at noon and a melon in the afternoon, was successful.

The second and third time, because there was fruit at the bottom, and the demand for meat in yoga decreased recently, I persisted effortlessly.

The fourth time, complete fasting. At first, I had no confidence in myself. Complete fasting means not eating or drinking for 24 hours from 4 am to 4 am the next day. Don't even drink water, try to do some yoga chanting.

Why are you fasting?

Fasting comes from practicing yoga.

Fasting yoga practice runs regularly according to the natural circulation law of the body. The circulation law of the body and the natural circulation law are also unified.

If we have enough subtle awareness of the body, we will find that the body will go through a specific cycle every 40~48 days. In this 40-day cycle, there will be an Ai Kadasi Day every 14 days. This day is the time when the body needs the least food, and there is no need to eat at all.

On that day, Ekadash (Kadasi Day, equivalent to fasting day). People should not eat, but should conform to the natural circulation law of the body and let the body run naturally.

When there is food in the stomach and the digestion process is still going on, according to the operation law of the human body, the excretory system of the body cannot be completely cleaned up. Only when the stomach is completely emptied can the cleaning process start smoothly.

Regular scientific fasting will eliminate many diseases of the body.

Types of fasting

For people who can't eat at all on this day, or the activity consumption is too high, and your physical strength is completely lost because you don't eat, then you can only eat fruit on this day. This is a light diet. It is allowed to eat a small amount of fruit, because the transportation time of fruit in the body is much shorter than that of whole grains and meat seafood.

Complete fasting

Just don't eat or drink at all, including water.

This kind of fasting is usually at a particularly high-energy moment, or people who practice yoga for a long time will strictly abide by it.

For example, yesterday's Ekadasi Day on June 5th was the most energetic day of the year. If you can observe complete fasting on this day, you will get the greatest benefit. If you don't fast for a year, you can keep the whole fast on this day, and your body and mind will get particularly great benefits, which is equivalent to a year's fast.

How to break food scientifically?

Don't break food by force.

Fasting is to make our bodies cleaner and healthier and let us know more about our bodies and ourselves. If you are not prepared physically and mentally, you can't quit many things, such as coffee and other refreshing things, including not knowing why you want to fast and what you want to achieve. Please don't try to fast completely easily.

There are some physical problems. I suggest you try to keep a light diet. Please consult a doctor and stop eating.
